Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept credit card payment through our secure payment gateway and merchant account.

Q. I checked my credit card statement and I see a charge from Viral Biz Media Inc. Why is that?
A. Our company is Viral Biz Media, Inc. Our merchant account and credit card payment gateway is in the name of our company. Any payments you make for our lead program will show in the name of Viral Biz Media, Inc on your statement.

Q. Is there a minimum order when purchasing leads?
A. We have three packages available for each of the Lead Types. Each package includes a free replicated lead generation site you can use to generate your own leads

Q. If I order today, how quickly will my order be processed and when can I expect delivery of my lead package?
A. We process each order as quickly as possible. Within 24 hours of you ordering any of the nine lead packages, you will receive a welcome email from us which will include your new website we provide to you in the package. This email includes your login information, your URL for lead generation and other helpful resources. Within 72 hours of ordering the lead package, your first set of leads will be delivered to you via your new website back office. We ask to allow up to 72 hours, due to weekends, holidays etc. But for the most part we will be able to start delivering your first leads within the 72 hour time frame if not sooner.

Q. How can I expect delivery of the leads I have purchased?
A. We have a way to deliver the leads to you directly through your new website back office. This lead management system we are providing to you as part of the lead package program.

Q. Do you provide the IP Address & TimeStamp with the leads?
A. Yes IP address and Time Stamp are included with each lead

Q. If I cancel the lead package subscription, will I also lose the lead generation website?
A. Yes. The lead generation website is part of your lead package. When the subscription is cancelled, on the last day of your current billing cycle the lead generation page will be disabled and all lead delivery will expire. You will also not have access to previous lead information that was stored in your lead managment system once your billing period expires.

Q. What should I do if I want to cancel my monthly subscription for the lead program
A. You may at any time cancel your subscription for the monthly deliver of the phone interviewed leads by contacting us through our helpdesk ticket system. Please provide your full name, reciept ID and description of your lead package. We will then take care of the cancellation for you. Your Monthly package will run until the last day of the current billing cycle at which time no further billing will occur and the automated lead delivery will expire.
